Etiquette Cycling was the idea of Chris and Simon, who both initially bought family holiday homes in the Region of Murcia, Southern Spain.

Drawn to the region by the weather, outdoor life and the opportunity to live in this very Spanish part of Spain.

"The cycling business has evolved as a natural extension of our lifestyle which fully embraces the local cycling and wider community.  We are passionate in wanting to share our Spanish adventure".

Chris worked in the UK cycling industry for over 8 years (Cycling UK and London Cycling Campaign).
Turning 45 and with a now or never approach Chris started racing. Quickly out of cat 4 he achieved his goal of reaching and maintaining cat 2 status. He has also qualified as a British Cycling Level 2 Coach.

Chris has toured extensively across Western Europe and enjoys spreading the word on the joys of cycling in Southern Spain.

Simon developed an interest in endurance sports during his 23 years in the Royal Air Force completing many mountain marathons, ocean swims and Iron-distance triathlons.

More recently he has focussed on middle distance triathlons representing the Great Britain Age Group Team at the European Championships on 5 occasions.

He is a competent Spanish speaker and a qualified cycle mechanic.
