Best Leisure Bike Hire Choice

Etiquette Cycling considered carefully, which leisure bikes are best suited for our bike hire and local bike tour riders.  The Cannondale leisure bike option came out on top for us and customer feedback reinforces that choice…

What were we looking for?

From the outset, we were looking for the best bikes available and suitable for our socially orientated leisure bike riders.  We were therefore looking for a quality bike choice where our riders thoroughly enjoy riding:   

We wanted a higher end leisure / hybrid bike which had a decent specification, was comfortable to ride and had good options for both male and female riders.  

We also sought a bike that was good on multi-terrain.  For example, a bike that handled well on gravel path terrain (suitable for cycling along the causeway at the mudbaths at Lo Pagan), or is good for venturing inland on our local rural rides.

What are our riders looking for?

Our leisure bike riders are looking for a number of bike attributes, which include some or all of the following:

Easy to adjust to suit each rider

Comfortable and easy to ride

For a few riders - A bike that can be ridden over longer distances

A bike that looks stylish

What did we choose?

After our considered approach it became readily apparent that Cannondale offered a potentially ideal solution for our leisure bike requirements.  Consequently, we decided upon:

Cannondale Quick 5

A comfortable stylish bike that’s perfect for exploring the local area. 

The bike has a good specification and benefits from disc brakes.

Was it the right choice?

As always the customer has the first and last say on whether we have made the right choice. Feedback for the bike has been overwhelmingly positive as the following customer feedback confirms:
